Swimming is a life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport. Your YMCA offers swim lessons (for all ages), family swim, competitive swimming and diving teams, and many kinds of adaptive swim programs for kids with special needs, so we can all safely enjoy the pleasures of an aquatic environment.

Adult Aquatics

Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of a fun time! This class integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional water fitness disciplines, and blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

When: Wednesdays beginning July 24th

Time: 6:30 -7:15 pm

Youth Aquatics

Swim Lessons: The Y strives to help all ages learn how to swim, so they can stay safe around water and learn the skills needed to make swimming a lifelong pursuit for healthy living.

Competitive Swim Team: This competitive program offers children and teens an opportunity to work with trained coaches to improve swimming skills, endurance and promote a healthy lifestyle.
