August Staff Member of the Month - Kodi Reynolds

Kodi has been a lifeguard at the YMCA since the summer of 2021. Last year he was an assistant pool manager at the City Park Pool and now he is a manager! Kodi was nominated by two of his fellow lifeguards for his superb work ethic and his leadership skills. Even though he works all day at City Park pool he continues to be a team player by helping open the YMCA indoor pool at 5:00AM! This fall Kodi is off to Cleveland State University to study journalism! We are so excited to see our staff THRIVE! Good luck and congratulations Kodi!
