What is your role at the YMCA? 

I am a Summer camp counselor and and After-School Mentor

Tell us a little about your Y-story. What made you want to come work at the YMCA? 

I wanted to work at the YMCA, because I enjoy working in a positive work environment and working with children.

How has the YMCA impacted your life? 

Working at the YMCA has shown me how important teamwork is, and give children a positive experience while being at the YMCA.

What do you think the community needs to know about the YMCA of Parkersburg?

The YMCA is a great community of people, it’s also a great place for opportunities.

How have you witnessed the YMCA mission in action?

YMCA Mission: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. 

Through the programs, and everything the YMCA has to offer.

What is something you are proud of from the last year?

One thing I am proud of is making last years summer camp a positive and fun environment.
