Employers can schedule up to three trial membership periods per calendar year. Employees are asked to bring a work badge or paycheck stub with your company name on it and a valid driver’s license or state ID to gain access to the facility.

How do employees sign up? . . .
Employees can come into the YMCA with an employee badge or paycheck stub with a photo id to sign up.
How does payment work? . . .
The YMCA will work directly with each business to set up a payroll deduction.
What if our company would like to susidize a portion of our employees' YMCA memberships? . . .
The YMCA will generate a monthly invoice based on each employees’ membership type, that is based on the business’ policies. Financial assistance may also be available to the employee.
Is it a good idea to subsidize a portion of our employees’ YMCA memberships? . . .
YES! Subsidizing a portion of your employees' YMCA memberships encourages their involvement and will be viewed as a benefit to your organization.
How long does the Corporate Wellness Program last? . . .
Your employees can cancel their membership at any time. We just ask that they come into the Y 30 days in advance of their next auto draft payment to terminate the membership. We will then let the business know.
Are there different pricing structures for smaller businesses? . . .
5-9 employee members receive a 15% monthly discount
10-25 employee members receive a 20% monthly discount
26+ employee members receive a 25% monthly discount
