Accessing Your Daxko Account

WE HAVE A NEW SYSTEM – DAXKO!

We have Launched a New Online Membership System to Improve Your Y Experience! Our new system is easier to navigate and provides an improved registration experience for our members and program participants. All members will need to pair their current membership account with a new user account through Daxko. Non-Members will have to set-up a FREE non-membership account to register for YMCA programs.


With Daxko you can:

  • Register for programs faster & easier

  • Update or change your billing information

  • Schedule payments

  • View or print receipts

  • Pay & view your account balance

CONNECT YOUR MEMBERSHIP

All current YMCA of Parkersburg Members will need to set up a new online account to manage their membership and register online.

STEP 1: ENSURE YOU HAVE A VALID EMAIL CONNECTED TO YOUR YMCA MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT. If you don't or are unsure, please contact member services at (304) 485-5585 and we will assist you.

STEP 2: VISIT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE:

STEP 3: ENTER THE EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP. The first time logging in, select "Reset Password" and follow the prompts to set your password.

STEP 4: CHECK YOUR EMAIL. Click the link provided and create a new password. Your password must be at least 7 characters and contain at least one capital letter and one number.

STEP 5: RETURN TO THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE:
Enter your email address and password in the first box. You are ready to search and register online for programs!


SET UP YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT

If you are not a YMCA Member please set up a free non-membership account so that you can begin registering online

STEP 1: VISIT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE:

STEP 2: SELECT THE THIRD BOX "SIGN UP" OPTION

STEP 3: ON THE NEXT SCREEN, SELECT YMCA OF PARKERSBURG AS THE BRANCH IN THE DROP-DOWN LIST.

STEP 4: CLICK TO SELECT THE NON-MEMBER TYPE.

STEP 5: COMPLETE THE INFORMATION FORM WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. At the bottom of the screen, you will be able to save your non-member record with the option of adding any additional adults or children for whom you will be registering. Once you have finished adding additional individuals to your account, CLICK NEXT.

STEP 6: ENTER AN EMAIL AND SELECT A PASSWORD TO COMPLETE THE CREATION OF YOUR Y ONLINE ACCOUNT. You can now begin to search and register for programs!
