What is Fit30?

Fit30 is a 30-minute Functional Interval Training class instructed by Piendel Training.

It’s designed to adapt whatever fitness goal you would like to pursue with a small class size ratio of 1:10. This fast-paced class will keep you moving from start to finish and is ideal for anyone looking to lose weight, increase endurance, work on strength and power gains, or just increase their mobility, athleticism, and health.

The class structure is programmed around the “after-burn effect” of Excess Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) which not only burns extra calories throughout your day, but can improve heart health, strength, and VO2 max! Because of this, the class is ideal for anyone from those trying to lose weight to performance athletes.

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6:00 & 6:30 AM

  • Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at 5:00 PM

To allow for one-on-one instruction, the class is limited to 10 participants.
