Strength and Toning

PILATES: A conditioning routine that helps build long, lean muscles while emphasizing core strength, endurance, flexibility, and posture. Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30AM

FUSION: The perfect mix of weights, balls and mat work that increases strength and activates deep stabilizer muscles. Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30AM.

STRONG: A step-by-step weight lifting class using a variety of equipment and exercises to help you achieve overall body strength. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 10:30AM.

Aquatic Fitness Classes

AQUA FITNESS: Build cardiovascular stamina, strength, and flexibility in the water. Benefits include increasing circulation to help you rehabilitate healing muscles and joints. Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:00AM.

AQUA ZUMBA: Blends high-energy dance with a low-impact water workout! Enjoy upbeat music, improve cardio and flexibility, and have fun in a joint-friendly pool setting, perfect for all fitness levels. Saturdays at 9:30AM. Will return in the fall

Cardio/Dance Fitness Classes

SPIN: A spin class that helps build endurance, stamina, and enhance total well-being. Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:00AM. Saturdays at 8:30AM. Mondays & Tuesdays at 6:00PM.

TNT: (Trim and Tone): Keep your heart healthy and your muscles toned. Improve flexibility and build strength. Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00PM.

Senior Fitness

Senior Fitness Classes

SILVER SNEAKERS: Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated support. Recommended age 65+. Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11:00AM.
