Need help achieving your fitness and health goals? The YMCA of Parkersburg offers personal training. Clients will be assisted with exercise, motivation and tips to promote overall well-being. All fitness levels welcome.
PRICING
Individual Single Session:
Members: $35 per 1-hour session
Non-Members: $45 per 1-hour session
Individual 5 Session Package:
Members: $150 per five 1-hour sessions
Non-Members: $200 per five 1-hour sessions
Group Single Session Package (2-3 people):
Members: $30 per person per session
Non-Members: $40 per person per session
Group 5 Session Package (2-3 people):
Members: $125 per person per 5 sessions
Non-Members: $175 per person per 5 sessions
Meet our Personal Trainer!
Michaela Piendel is the Personal Trainer at the YMCA of Parkersburg. A certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, she became the YMCA of Parkersburg’s Personal Trainer in September 2020. However, her fitness journey began in the early days of pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology at West Virginia University.
During her time at WVU, she was appointed Lead Personal Trainer at the WVU Recreation Center. She also held other coaching, trainer, and management positions within Morgantown, in West Virginia’s most advanced fitness and athletic training facilities.
For years, she has enjoyed all fitness avenues, especially Olympic weightlifting and Powerlifting. She competed with the WVU Powerlifting Team where her first place finish in her age and weight division contributed to the team’s Co-ed National Championship in 2019.
