Join us for our Grand Opening Kick-Off Event on Saturday June 11th at 11:00AM. We invite you to come in and see what the Rock Steady Boxing program is all about. We will offer a tour of the new Blue Room and demonstrate the equipment that will be used in the class.

Want to try it out before you commit? We are offering the full 90-minute Rock Steady Boxing class for FREE on:

• June 18th at 11:00AM

• June 25th at 11:00AM

• July 2nd at 11:00AM

To participate you must have a Parkinson’s diagnosis.
